Sarah’sbookshelf is doing this fab giveaway, go check it out 😀
So some of you may have noticed, or not, that I have been offline for several days. There are very good reasons for this, which you can read about in this post 😀
Sometime last week, I was notified that I’d been nominated for the Liebster Award by sarah’sbookshelf! (Go check out her award post here, and all her other posts while you’re at it!) Thanks so much for the nomination Sarah, and sorry it took me so long to get around to posting it!
This post is all about my move back down to Cardiff. For those of you who aren’t aware, my parents live in North Wales in a tiny, weenie little village called Babell (that’s Babeth, sort of, if you don’t know how to pronounce Welsh). The closest city to me is Chester, which, if you don’t know, is close to Liverpool. I, however, live in Cardiff, kind of, at least during term time when I’m at University. As I’m sure most of you are aware, Cardiff is the capital of Wales and is in the south, pretty much due West from London, and it’s about three and a half hours’ drive from my parents house.
Apologies for my short absence from the world of blogging! As those of you who know me may be aware, I have just moved back down to Cardiff (hurray!!!) and I’ve been without internet (oh, the horror) for several days. While I’ve now had internet since Tuesday, it’s taken me a couple of days to sort myself out and prepare to start posting again.
So here we are! This is just a short post to explain where I’ve been, but a new one will follow shortly with a full and detailed description of my move to Cardiff, plus pictures of my gorgeous new room 🙂
I also have several University posts to do… I’ve been reading the books but not writing about them… I think I have about four more books to write on before I’m up to date, but I’ll be getting back to Bleak House soon, so there won’t be any new posts for a while… It’s going to take forever to finish this book I swear!
Anyway! As I say, this post was just to get back in touch 🙂
’til next time, readers!
